A Digital Toolkit for Youth Employability
An interactive e-learning course that aims to build employability skills in Indian youth. With a modified project-based-learning approach, these digital lessons prepare the learners to use crucial employability skills in real workplace situations.

Background
The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) commissioned QUEST Alliance to develop an Employment Skills Curriculum for the 25 lakh Indian youth studying in Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) across the country.
As a part of this project, QUEST designed the Employability Skills (ES) Year 2 Curriculum. This already had a thorough learner manual. However, for a robust learning experience, a compatible Digital Experience was also required. QUEST brought us in to design the same.
We designed 28 interactive digital lessons that covered all the topics under this curriculum. This digital toolkit successfully augments and enhances the classroom & textbook learning experience. It provides opportunities for asynchronous & blended learning and fills the learning gaps that crept into the learning manuals.
